Now you have the chance to play all three courses at La Cala Resort in the 7th edition of this spectacular & annual tournament from 21st to 25th November 2011.
PARTICIPANTS
The competition is limited to players (male & female), of any age, with Spanish or other International handicap
No limit of handicap BUT to qualify for a prize the maximum handicap (exact) for men is 26.4 & ladies 36.4
One tournament – Three Courses
FORMAT
Individual Stableford (hcp), 54 holes
CATEGORIES AND PRIZES
Three categories with prizes for the best three results in each category, as well as special prizes (eg. longest drive, nearest the pin, best daily score and best scratch result over the three days)
The VII LA CALA GOLFWORLD OPEN CHAMPION will be the player with the best score over the three rounds.

Tournament Presentation & Welcome cocktail (19:00 hrs)
Tuesday, 22nd November
Texas Scramble competition (Campo America, draw for teams) followed by Light lunch (main course & drink) and Prize-giving
Wednesday, 23rd November
1st Round (Campo Europa) followed by Light lunch (main course & drink)
Thursday, 24th November
2nd Round (Campo America) followed by Light lunch (main course & drink)
Friday, 25th November
3rd Round (Campo Asia). Gala Dinner followed by Prize-giving (20:00 hrs)
ENTRY FEE
€275 per person (includes above mentioned package, shared buggy during the 4 rounds and, on the 3 main competition days, picnic bag).
HOTEL PACKAGE
Hotel La Cala Resort has prepared a special package for participants in this tournament (subject to availability):
€510 per person.
The rate includes above mentioned programme plus 5 nights (from 21st November until 26th November) in shared standard double room with daily breakfast buffet, 3 days Thermal/Spa Experience at Caracala Spa.
Individual use supplement: €200
Special packages also prepared for non golfing companions as for extra nights and extra green fees (9 or 18 holes).

AN IDEAL OPPORTUNITY TO HELP CUDECA CANCER CARE HOSPICE
This annual tournament has been taking place at La Cala for the past seventeen years and is an important and meaningful date in the Resort´s yearly calendar of events.
The main objective of this competition is to raise funds for Cudeca to help them in their admirable work, who are in an urgent need of funds to maintain the inpatients department.
Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice is a charity that provides palliative care, free of charge, to patients suffering from advanced cancer and to their families.

The competition is limited to players (male & female) of any age with Spanish or other International handicap
No limit of handicap BUT to qualify for a prize the maximum handicap (exact) for men is 28.4 & ladies is 36.4.
FORMAT
Individual Stableford
CATEGORIES & PRIZES
Four categories – one for women, two for men and one for juniors (born 1993 or later).
Prizes for the best three results in each category. Special prizes (eg. Nearest the Pin).
ACTIVITIES, LUNCH & PRIZE-GIVING
When everyone has finished their round there will be activities for golfers as for non golfers (all family members welcome!) followed by light lunch and prize-giving ceremony.

€45 per person (inc. green fee, shared buggy, set main course with one drink & donation of €10)
Unlimited members of La Cala Golf Club: €20 (inc. set main course with one drink & donation of €10)
