The apartment is on the Alicate Playa development, a prime Costa del Sol luxury development , set in beautiful private, landscaped subtropical gardens on one of Marbella's best beaches. Alicate Playa was designed by the internationally reknown architect, Melvin Villarroel Roldan. This is a gated complex with 24hr security service
A large sitting room/dinning area leads out onto one spacious balcony with magnificent views of the gardens and another balcony overlooking the garden where you are assured of privacy and can relax and soak up the sun.
A fully equipped kitchen leads into a utility room with a washer and dryer.
The complex also has shared Paddle Tennis Courts. The apartment is newly furnished in stylish modern appointments and is fully fitted. The apartment is air-conditioned throughout. The apartment is linked to satellite television service with a DVD player plus HI-Fi CD unit available. An elevator is available to the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided (but not beach towels). A Maid service can be arranged at an extra cost. We respectively request no pets.

The apartment is approximately 100 meters from the Alicate Playa beach, where you will find two excellent restaurants. The Apartment is on the second set of buildings in the Alicate Playa development from the beach. Private access to the beach can be obtained by the white walkway shown on the right of the Alicate Playa development.
Alicate Playa is situated on the beautiful Costa del Sol 4km east of Marbella and 30 minutes from Malaga Airport, close to the Los Monteros Hotel and the new Costa del Sol Hospital and opposite Santa Clara Golf, minutes from the centre of Marbella and the nightlife of Puerto Banus

The Apartment is located on kilometer 188 on the N-340 very near three ace courses, Rio Real, Marbella Golf and Country Club and Santa Clara Golf.
Rio Real
Designed by Javier Arana and opened in 1965, this magnificent 18 hole, par 72 course is located on a gently rolling terrain. Crossed by the river of the same name. The Rio Real Golf Course takes players on a round in the midst of a large variety of trees, with pine and palm trees dominating up to the 4th hole near the Mediterranean sea.
