After adding the property to our service you get a name and a password for the system to block the availability of the apartment during periods when not available for rent or if you have your own customers

 

Conditions of acceptance of the property.

 

*Sending of pictures to accept the property.

* Provision of all data on the property and the owner or manager.

* The provision of property to verify the level.

*Ability to perform our own photo shoot and video.

* Sign the contract.

*Presentation of the prices of rental season short and long term.

*Determine the conditions of the reservation, payment and minimum rental period.

 

In our system the booking process is as follows:

1 Booking on-line for confirmation of availability for the property owner

 

*The client in search of available apartments marks the period of stay for which is interested.

*The system will show for apartment available, if not locked to the availability of your apartment then appears.

*In the page of the apartment is available a detailed description, availability calendar, photos, location on the Google map and video of the apartment and its surroundings.

*If a customer likes your apartment, with the subject of reservations, must make a reservation on-line by pressing the entry "Book"

*After making a reservation the apartment will be pre-blocked (on the calendar in green) and the client receives the information that the reservation will be confirmed within 72hrs.

*At the same time, the customer will receive an email with a link to confirm the reservation for the customer. When you click the link mentioned in the email address to be submitted to our website and ask for confirmation of the reservation or not.

*Only after the customer receives a confirmation message to confirm the initial booking, with details to make payment of the deposit which is equivalent to our committee. Payment will be made by a bank transfer or credit card through PayPal online payment system directly to our bank account. This will be charged by our agency. Likewise, users receive the information that the remaining amount will have to pay their bill.

*Once we receive payment from the customer, the apartment in the system will be marked as rent (marked on the calendar in red). The customer will receive a voucher of proprietary data, address, contact e-mail, phone number, bank account number to pay the remaining amount, and any information about the conditions of stay, deposit, etc.. At the same time, you receive a customer contact, along with its complete data. To determine whether the customer has to pay the full amount before arrival, or just part of it and the rest on arrival. Of course, all information should be given to us before, to translate it into languages other, and enter the reservation system. The reservation process is as follows:

*The client in search of available apartments describes the period of stay for which you are interested.

*The system displays the apartments available, if not blocked will show the availability.

*On the page of the apartment is available a general description, availability calendar, photos, location on Google map and video of the apartment and its surroundings.

*If a customer likes your apartment, with the subject of reservations, must make a reservation on-line by pressing the entry "Book"

*The apartment is blocked for 3 hours (in the timetable in green) and the customer is informed that at that time must pay the full amount of rent for credit card or bank transfer

*After receiving payment, customers receive all the property details and contact us.  We take care of the customer service.

We also offer services related to property management. We take the responsibility of caring for customers and to maintain the apartment in good condition as well as organizing the cleaning and linen change. Property management is performed by a fixed annual fee depending on location and area of the property.

 

BAISIC SERVICE: · Unauthorized entry, infestation, water leakage .

· Check that the alarm system, gas, water, electricity is working.

· Airing your property, flush toilets and sinks to avoid unwanted smells.

· Water interior and exterior plants, supervise garden and pool area.

Apartment / Townhouse:

· 1 to 3 bedrooms 150 € / month

· 4 + bedrooms 250 € / month

Villa: · 2 to 3 bedrooms 300 € / month

· 4 + bedrooms 350 € / month

(10% discount if contracted the whole year and for our rental clients)

ADITIONAL SERVICE (additional fee):

· Cleaning and laundry service before the arrival and in between your stay or your rental guests - Cleaning 25 € / hour & Laundry at cost; plus 50 € for pick up and delivery or according to the price list

· Welcome Pack (tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, bread, butter, water, jam, cheese, beers...) - Shopping at cost plus 50 € service charge

· EXTRA Pack (includes the Welcome Pack plus flowers, champagne, chocolate truffles...) - Shopping at cost plus 50 € service charge

· Meet & Greet (We act as your official key holder. We will meet your guest upon arrival and explain how all works in the house) - 100 € service charge

·  Representation at the Police for the purposes of tourist rentals as an official representative responsible for the apartment, guests, 24-hour     contact for state authorities (required for owners not permanently residing in Spain) - 100 eur per month. After termination of rental service, it is  required within 7 days to withdraw by the owner of our roofs as legal representative. In case of failure to comply with this obligation, a fee of 100 euros will be charged for each day of delay .

·   Provision of data for the purposes of obtaining a tourist license as an official representative responsible for housing, behavior and stay of guests, 24-hour contact for state authorities (required for owners not permanently residing in Spain) - 50 eur per month.   After the termination of rental service, it is required within 7 days to withdraw by the owner of our roofs from the municipality as legal representative. In case of failure to comply with this obligation, a fee of 50 euros will be charged for each day of delay .
