Description

MÁLAGA, THE QUALITY OF LIFE THAT YOU DESERVE
Malaga is a city full of history and traditions, which has reinvented itself and evolved over the centuries. From its origins as a Phoenician port to becoming a cosmopolitan tourist city, it has been an example of adaptability and resilience. In Malaga you can find everything you need: culture, tradition, gastronomy, economy, coast, nature, innovation, connection and hospitality. Everything you need to enjoy the quality of life you deserve. Its excellent weather conditions (295 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 20_C), its 175 km of coastline and its strategic location on the Mediterranean make it a unique destination for both residents and tourists. But Malaga is not only sun and sea, it is also the economic and technological capital of southern Spain. The city is on the international investment map and is promoting major cultural and technological projects, allowing it to diversify and enrich the Malaga economy.

AND A LIFE LINKED TO THE SEA
By sea, land and air, Malaga has excellent communications. A port with centuries of history that sees more than 447,000 cruise passengers pass through and handles 3.5 million tonnes of goods every year. It has the largest airport in southern Spain with 19.8 million passengers a year. And more than 2.5 million passengers on an AVE high speed train that connects Malaga-Madrid in 2.5 hours. The housing complex is located in a privileged position. A perfect enclave where history, good communications, nature, beach and relaxation come together, just 15 minutes from the city centre!

EL LIMONAR PROJECT
It is precisely this same capacity for adaptation and resilience of Malaga over time that characterises this luxury housing project, which combines the construction of new buildings with the refurbishment of historic buildings. Be Grand El Limonar is a synthesis of past and present, paying homage to the city''s rich history while embracing the future with an innovative vision. The rehabilitation of historic buildings is an arduous and complex task, requiring a deep knowledge of the city''s architecture and history. Therefore, we have worked with the best restoration experts with the aim of preserving and enhancing the unique architectural elements of the historic buildings to be restored. The results are impressive and the homes created retain all the charm and authenticity of historic Malaga. But the project is not only limited to the refurbishment of historic buildings. New homes have also been designed, such as those under the title of Muelle Uno, designed to the highest standards of quality and comfort. The aim has been to create an integrated complex that offers the best of both worlds: the elegance and charm of the city''s historic heritage, together with functionality and modern lifestyle.

THE BUILDINGS

The complex features luxury homes with superb facilities. Two swimming pools with panoramic views, social area, rooftop, equipped gymnasium, chillout area and nineteen parking spaces with electric charging, will provide everything necessary for an unforgettable experience and an unbeatable quality of life, combining history, good communications, comfort, beach and relaxation.
BUILDING SR13

BUILDING SR15
The oldest historic building in the complex, designed by the architect Antonio Rubio Torres (1939).
Refurbished and converted into three new dwellings.
BUILDING SR17
Historic building, designed by the architect Antonio Rubio Torres (1948).
Refurbished and converted into five new dwellings.
BUILDING RM28
Newly constructed building consisting of four dwellings.

BUILDING SR13
El Limonar is a residential complex where the contemporary and the traditional are intertwined. For this reason, we will find refurbished buildings, such as the building, next to newly constructed buildings or buildings protected as historical heritage of Malaga. The building is the result of an exhaustive work of internal and external rehabilitation of an existing building, including a complete change of its façade. It consists of four new homes designed to the highest quality standards, each with three bedrooms. It is located just 200 metres from the beach. And it enjoys the magnificent communal areas of the El Limonar project and a chill-out area and swimming pool on the rooftop. This building has five of the nineteen parking spaces of the whole complex on the ground floor.

BUILDING SR15
This is the oldest building in the complex, designed in 1939 by the architect Antonio Rubio Torres. A magnificent villa built on a hillside with numerous unique elements, both inside and on the plot as a whole, which will be carefully restored and enhanced for the enjoyment of its new inhabitants. It has been converted into three new homes, with those on the first and attic floors having the best views and orientation of the complex. History, quality and an unbeatable panoramic view characterise it. It is located in privileged exterior areas. Inside, there are numerous historical details that are integrated into the new homes, magnificent carved wooden doors, hydraulic floors, elaborately decorated grilles, exterior carpentry or unique wooden bay windows.
BUILDING SR17
This marvellous historic building is registered in the Catalogue of Protected Buildings of the PGOU of Malaga, with an Architectural-I degree of protection. It was completed in 1948 by the architect Antonio Rubio Torres. It has interesting elements on its façade, and the structure and internal organisation of the building stand out for their uniqueness. The ground floor is organised by means of a system of porticoes with semicircular arches and open-plan spaces. The upper floors are distributed from the central volume which contains the staircases that give access to the different floors that make up the building. All these characteristics are highlighted in the intervention of this building.
Five dwellings with storage rooms are planned, of which three dwellings have one or two bedrooms on the ground floor, and on the upper floors there are two single-family dwellings with four bedrooms and a studio and a large private terrace with direct access from the street. The project also offers seven independent storage rooms.

BUILDING RM28
This is a new building, consisting of four dwellings with two to three bedrooms and three to four bathrooms/studios. These homes have large terraces and private outdoor areas, connected by large windows with the interior spaces, enjoying panoramic views from all areas. In addition to having private swimming pools and Jacuzzis, the homes will be able to make use of two swimming pools with panoramic views and other communal areas such as the social area, chillout zone, rooftop and gymnasium. It has pedestrian and vehicle access. It also has a very practical pedestrian access to the beach. The complex has a total of nineteen parking spaces with electric charging. And it enjoys spectacular exteriors, surrounded by green areas and privileged sea views.
