ASAP has introduced a structured quality assessment process to ensure compliance with core health and safety standards, industry best practices, and measurable service quality benchmarks. In 2014, the quality accreditation program was launched and later evolved into the International Serviced Accommodation Accreditation Process (ISAAP). This allows ASAP to deliver a comprehensive framework of quality recognition, distinguishing reputable providers from the competition. It offers corporate buyers a clear assurance that critical health, safety, protection, and service quality standards have been met.

Since September 1, 2019, ISAAP introduced a compliance requirement, ensuring that accredited providers meet mandatory safety, protection, and duty of care criteria. Only compliant providers are eligible to retain ASAP membership.

ISAAP quality accreditation confirms that a serviced accommodation provider meets the minimum acceptable standards of comfort and quality for the entire guest stay.

ISAAP also offers a premium level of recognition: Platinum Accreditation. This is the highest distinction awarded to providers achieving top results in quality audits, enabling them to promote their accommodations as Platinum standard.

Agent accreditation is currently the fastest-growing ISAAP award, evolving in complexity and value, and becoming a strategic asset for supporting success in the corporate housing sector.
